We do a lot of entertaining at our backyard pool. There's a privacy fence around the yard, but that doesn't keep the neighbors from watching from their 2nd-floor windows.
I usually sunbathe nude in my yard, and it doesn't bother me a bit when the neighbors watch. I especially love it when the men are looking out their windows. (My husband loves this.)
Sometimes I hear the wives yelling at their husbands for peeking, but I've also seen them watching me. (Some even come over and join me!)
